Annual Report of the Special Representative of the UN Secretary General on Violence against Children to the Human Rights Council

In her report, the Special Representative provides an overview of major initiatives and developments at the global, regional and national levels aimed at sustaining and scaling up efforts to safeguard children’s right to freedom from violence. The report is intended to support the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and its distinct target to end all forms of violence against children. The Special Representative pays special attention to investment in early childhood to prevent violence against children.
