Towards the effective fulfillment of children´s rights: National Protection Systems - IAHRC Report

The IAHRC Report “Towards the effective fulfillment of children´s rights: National Protection Systems” formulates specific recommendations addressed primarily to States to strengthening their National Systems for the Protection of Children´s Rights so they can move decisively forward on the safeguard of children´s rights, including a special attention to children´s protection from all forms of violence.

El Informe de la Comisión Interamericana de Derechos Humanos titulado “Hacia la garantía efectiva de los derechos de niñas, niños y adolescentes: Sistemas Nacionales de Protección” formula recomendaciones específicas para que los Estados fortalezcan el funcionamiento de sus Sistemas Nacionales de Protección de los Derechos de la Niñez y avancen de forma decidida en la garantía de los derechos para todas las niñas, niños y adolescentes, incluyendo una atención especial a la protección de la niñez frente a todas las formas de violencia.
