SRSG Santos Pais co-hosts event on "Sustaining Investments in Childhood - Preventing Violence against Children and Keeping Them Safe"

SRSG Santos Pais is  co-hosting a side-event at the Third International Conference Financing for Development with the Government of Canada, UNICEF and the Child Focused Agencies on 13th July, “Sustaining Investments in Childhood - Preventing Violence against Children and Keeping Them Safe”. The side-event will facilitate a discussion about the role of an emerging Global Partnership and associated Fund to end violence against children, including the proposed scope of programmatic support for country-level actions, the consultation process that has been put in motion, and the proposed membership and views of the diverse set of partners representing both the global North and South.
